What is a selfie museum?

We are an immersive selfie experience / photography studio where you can come take amateur, semi-professional, and/or professional pictures with your friends, family, co-workers, or by your selfie (LOL) using your own phone or camera. Take pictures, and have fun!

How do I get tickets?

You can buy tickets online or you can buy tickets at the door, which are subject to availability. Booking online is the only way to guarantee your appointment time.

Are walk-ins welcome?

Walk-ins are welcome and subject to capacity limits and availability(especially on the weekends). We highly recommend purchasing a ticket ahead of time to guarantee your spot

When do I arrive? Is there a time-limit?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time with your liability waiver signed.

Tickets are booked on hourly time slots. (i.e. If you purchased a ticket for the time slot from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, that means you should be arriving at 1:45 pm, and your time is up at 3:00 pm, no matter what time you arrived, even if you were late.)

Do I need to bring someone to take my photo?

Having your own photographer is great, but if you don’t have one, not a problem! Our ring lights are made to hold most phones securely. All you have to do is set it on timer mode to get your perfect shot! Our staff is also always available to help take photos and offer our opinions on poses:)

NOTE: Each person who enters the studio will need to purchase admission

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are a cashless facility. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover).

Are you child friendly?

Children are allowed if they are closely supervised. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

All participants will be charged an admission fee of $25.

Children 2 and under will be charged $12.50. We require ONE adult per child under 3 years of age.

Are food and beverages allowed inside?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside our facility, but we do have an assortment of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available for purchase. You must have a valid ID showing you're over the age of 21 for every customer who will be purchasing alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell alcohol to anyone who does not provide a valid ID, regardless of age.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring your charged phone / camera and good vibes only!

Feel free to bring an outfit change, but keep in mind that your items are your responsibility. We recommend that you leave any bulky items in your vehicle, as we are not responsible for lost or missing items.

What’s your cancellation policy?

All tickets are non-refundable; however, you can reschedule for a later date / time at no charge if you contact us prior to your scheduled appointment.

Do you offer group discounts?

A $25 ticket will get you access for 1 hour to our interactive Selfie Museum, ring lights, and all the photos you can take!

Tiered Selfie Museum Ticket Discounts Are Available:

• Book a party for 10+ guests, and receive a group discount rate of $22 / person

• Book a party for 20+ guests, and receive a group discount rate of $20 / person

A $15 ticket will get you access for 30 minutes to our interactive Selfie Museum, ring lights, and all the photos you can take!

Can I bring my professional camera?

Absolutely! You may bring your DSLR camera but we do not allow any extra photography equipment without prior permission.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on regular business days, but keep an eye out on our socials for our special “bring your pet day” events!

Do you host private events?

We would love to host your event! Our all white Party Room can hold up to 50 guests seated, or 150 guests (standing room only). Learn more about our party room and venue rental.

Does the Party Room rental include admission to the selfie museum?

If you reserve the Party Room, it does NOT include admission to the selfie studio for you and your guests.

Can I arrive earlier to set up / decorate the Party room before my rental?

The 3 hour time block includes setup and tear down for your event. You can choose to add additional time to your rental if needed, and we will invoice you for the additional hours at the rate of $100/hr.

We have the right to charge you for any and all time that you go over past your pre-paid time block.

Do you have a restroom?

Yes, we have two gender neutral, instagrammable bathroom.
